The heavens use no words, "Yet their voice goes out into all the earth." (Psalm 19:4 TNIV) How quiet must I be for my message to be heard? Maybe exercises in silence and solitude can teach me hear so I can find my own voice.

I've wrestled with God in times of silence and solitude. I've wrestled with myself and even with the devil. That's good training for the main event called Living for God. The clouds and the stars know who they are. Their purpose is written by God in their DNA.

Maybe it's time for me to enter into silence and solitude. A reunion with God is overdue. I pray that in the silence of his presence my voice will be heard to the ends of the earth.
